To complement our Personal Injury Department, we also have a Specialist Industrial Disease team. This is a growing area, particularly in view of the anticipated increase in asbestosis claims. We are well placed to handle this increase, having considerable experience in asbestosis/mesothelioma claims as well as respiratory disease, vibration white finger, skin diseases and noise induced hearing loss.

These diseases are often the result of workers being exposed to unsafe materials or working practices over some years, but claimants may not immediately make the connection between their work and their illness. Our team will be happy to advise anyone who thinks that their occupation may have caused their health problems."
