Janet Jay is Head of Business Development within Ingrams Prestige Response Division.  Janet has many years experience of developing customer focussed businesses, consistently achieving high service level standards within discerning private client markets. 

Within the Prestige Response division our main objective is to provide an exemplary claims management service that seamlessly replicates the service standards provided by each individual broker.  We do not expect our brokers to fit into a standard operating model because we don't believe there should be a standard operating model!  We work alongside each broker to source the right component parts of a full service offering which best meets the needs of their own clients. 

Ingrams Prestige Response Division will devise the perfect working solution to guarantee client satisfaction at all levels. From that first re-active call we immediately pro-actively and sympathetically manage the whole claims process, keeping both the broker and the claimant informed every step of the way.  We believe in going that extra mile because we understand how crucial client retention is; we'll turn satisfaction into appreciation and make your client feel like our only client.
