Carl Bailey
Carl Bailey is an Assistant Solicitor and Head of the Hull Conveyancing Department. He deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including the sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and New Build Properties. Carl qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has worked in Conveyancing since 2005.

Donata Crossfield
Donata Crossfield is an Associate Legal Executive in the Wills and Probate Department and has extensive experience in drafting wills and powers of attorney, advising the elderly, Court of Protection work and the administration of estates and trusts.

Elaine Copley
Elaine joined the practice 5 years ago having had considerable experience at other commercial practices in Hull and York. Elaine’s background is in residential and commercial conveyancing but she now specialises in the latter, including agricultural law.

Gillian Markland
Gillian Markland is an employment lawyer with over 14 years' experience in acting for both employers and employees. She has experience in all areas of employment law. She was admitted as a solicitor in July 2003 and joined Ingrams as head of the Employment Department in May 2007. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Industrial Law Society.

Joanne Hill
Joanne Hill is a Senior Associate based at the Hull Office. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (May 2000) and a member of APIL. She has over 15 years experience of dealing with a wide range of claims including Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Slips and Trips, and CICA applications.

Julie Densley
Julie is a fully qualified solicitor with over 15 years experience within the litigation field. Her experience, both tactical and legal, together with her attention to detail has enabled her to achieve consistently high success rates. In addition to her legal expertise Julie has exceptional managerial skills and as the firm’s Quality Manager she has a true passion for delivering excellence.

Tina Khanna
Tina is an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department in York. She joined Ingrams in 2004 and after completing her training contract, she qualified as a Solicitor to practice exclusively in Residential Conveyancing.

Zoe Patchett
Zoe joined Ingrams in 2002 and is now an Associate, Zoe is based in our York office and manages the housing disrepair department. Zoe has negotiated cases with both local Councils and private landlords to ensure that tenants are compensated financially and more importantly their properties properly maintained and safe.
